Contact innopalm: book a discovery call
How to reach us
Tell us the problem you are trying to solve. If we are a good fit we will propose a scope; if we are not, you will still leave the call with a clearer view of what the work involves.
The fastest route is the brief on this page. It takes about two minutes and asks for the things we need before a first call: who you are, what the software has to do, and roughly what stage the idea is at. Every submission reaches the team directly and you get an acknowledgement by email straight away.
If you would rather write to us in your own words, email hello@innopalm.com. We read every message ourselves, we reply within one UAE business day, and we will not add you to a mailing list or pass your details to anyone else.

What happens on a discovery call
Once you get in touch, we arrange a discovery call. It is free, carries no obligation, and usually takes thirty to forty-five minutes. You tell us about the problem, and we work through the systems it touches, who has to sign things off, and the constraints that matter: budget, deadlines, compliance, and where your data can live. You do not need a specification beforehand; sample documents help more than any description.
You leave the call knowing whether the work is a good fit and where we would start. If we are not the right team, we say so on the call, and you still leave with a clearer view of what the work involves.
What happens after the call
If the fit is right, we follow up with a written proposal setting out the scope, the timeline, and the price. Discovery and scoping are part of every project rather than a separate engagement, and projects start at AED 50,000.
A typical build goes live 6 to 12 weeks from kickoff. You see working software every 2 to 3 weeks, each milestone payment is released only when you accept the work, and we stay on the live system in hypercare for two months after go-live. The documents, code, and tests are yours throughout.
Where we work
innopalm is based in Dubai and works with clients across the United Arab Emirates and the wider GCC, including Abu Dhabi and Sharjah. We are a local team you can meet in person rather than a sales desk in front of an offshore delivery queue, and we are happy to come to you for the first conversation.
We work in English and Arabic. Requirements are engineered to the ISO/IEC/IEEE 29148 standard, code follows OWASP secure-coding practice, and personal data is handled in line with the UAE Personal Data Protection Law.
What to include in your brief
You do not need a specification to talk to us; producing one is often the work itself. It helps if you can describe the problem in business terms, name the systems the software would have to connect to, say who inside the organisation would use it, and give a rough sense of timeline and budget range. If you already have a document, attach or mention it and we will read it before the call.
