Privacy Policy
This policy explains how innopalm collects, uses, and protects personal data, in line with the UAE Personal Data Protection Law (Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021).
What we collect
When you contact us or submit an enquiry, we collect the details you provide, such as your name, email, phone number, company, role, company size, and the message you send.
When you browse the website, we collect usage analytics with PostHog (hosted in the EU), Google Analytics, and Vercel Analytics. This covers the pages you visit, the links and buttons you click, how far you scroll, page performance, errors, your device and browser type, the page or campaign that referred you, and an approximate location derived from your IP address. PostHog and Google Analytics use first-party cookies and local storage to recognise returning visits.
PostHog also records session replays, a reconstruction of how pages were used (clicks, scrolling, and mouse movement), so we can find and fix problems. Anything you type into a form field is masked and never recorded.
If you submit an enquiry, we link your earlier visits from the same browser to the details you provided, so we understand what you were looking for.
How we use your data
We use your information to respond to your enquiry, scope and deliver work you ask us to do, and understand which pages and content are useful so we can improve the website. We do not sell your personal data.
Cookies and analytics choices
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, or use a browser or extension that blocks analytics. The website works fully without them. To ask us to delete analytics data linked to you, contact hello@innopalm.com.
Your rights
Under the UAE Personal Data Protection Law you have rights to access, correct, and request deletion of your personal data, and to object to certain processing. To exercise these rights, contact us at hello@innopalm.com.
Data retention and security
We keep personal data only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law, and we apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect it. Session replays are deleted automatically within 90 days. Where you require it, we support UAE data hosting.
