These terms govern your use of the innopalm website and any services we agree to provide. Specific engagements are governed by a separate signed agreement.
Services
innopalm provides custom software and AI development services. The scope, deliverables, timeline, and fees for any engagement are defined in a separate proposal or statement of work that both parties sign.
Information on this website is provided for general guidance and does not constitute a binding offer.
Intellectual property and ownership
On full payment for an engagement, you own the deliverables we create for you, including source code and documentation, unless a signed agreement states otherwise. We retain ownership of our pre-existing tools, libraries, and know-how.
The innopalm name, brand, and website content remain our property.
Fees and payment
Fees and payment terms are set out in the relevant proposal or statement of work. Unless agreed otherwise, invoices are payable within the period stated on the invoice.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability under any engagement is limited as set out in the signed agreement for that engagement. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the relevant UAE courts unless a signed agreement provides otherwise.
